Every bespoke piece begins with a conversation. Tell me what you wear and what you carry, and how you’d like it to look. I’ll help you choose the leather, then make it by hand and size it for you, with updates along the way.

Made for your watch and your wrist, from slim vintage tapers to bold sports sizes — 11–10mm for a vintage Omega, 24–22mm for a Panerai. Choose the leather, lining, thread colour and edge finish, and the strap is sized to your wrist.

Card holders and pocket organizers built around what you carry: the number of card slots, a full-length bill compartment, edge colour and stamped initials.

How a commission works

Start a conversation
Send a message with your idea. For a strap, share your watch model, lug width and wrist size.

Choose your materials
Together we choose the leather, lining, thread and edge colour. I’ll share options and recommendations.

Made by hand
Your piece is hand-cut, saddle-stitched and finished in my atelier, one stitch at a time.

Delivered to you
Once it passes final inspection, it’s carefully packed and shipped to you.
The details
Materials & options
A selection of what I work with. If you have something specific in mind, just ask.
Leathers
Italian leathers from respected tanneries, including Badalassi Carlo Minerva Box and Pueblo, Conceria Walpier Buttero, Epsom, Saffiano and Crazy Horse. Colour availability varies.
Linings
Straps can be lined with Haas Zermatt, a soft calfskin valued for its comfort and its resistance to sweat and moisture.
Thread & stitching
Hand saddle-stitched with waxed linen or Vinymo thread. Thread can match the leather or add a quiet contrast, chosen to complement a dial, a hand or a detail.
Edges
Edges are finished by hand, either burnished or hand-painted to match or contrast.
Rembordé construction
For a different look, fabric such as denim can be folded over a leather core and turned under the edges in the traditional rembordé style, instead of being edge-painted.
Personalisation
Initials can be stamped in gold or silver foil, or blind-stamped (pressed into the leather without foil), on wallets and pocket organizers.
